Overview

Your costs to run your business with HighLevel are broken into 2 groups:

1. Monthly Software Subscription (see your Company Billing for your monthly plan details)
2. Usage-Based fees for Phone/SMS, Email, and A.I.

How are usage-based fees applied?

Rather than charging one by one, your usage is deducted from your pre-paid “Wallet.” You can change the automatic wallet recharge amount in your Company Billing settings.

The following sections of this page will detail the various usage-based fees in detail.

Phone & SMS

The phone number registration for calling and sending SMS messages in HighLevel is known as LC Phone. Approximate pricing is included below for US-based inbound and outbound communication. International rates will vary.

Phone Numbers

Local: $1.15 / month

Toll-Free: $2.15 / month

A2P Registration for Phone Numbers (Required)

One Time Registration Fees of $4.41 for Low Volume Standard Brand Registration + $16.54 for Campaign Registration (Total = $20.95)

Phone Calls

• Making Calls: $0.0238/min ($10 will give you about 420 calls)
• Receiving Calls: $0.0145/min ($10 will give you about 690 calls)
